Mike Herrera,

Mr. Herrera is a seasoned professional with 42 years of experience in the banking and financial industry.  His experience include: Bank Examiner with FDIC, CFO and COO of two banks, manager of 3 data centers for banking institutions, extensive work in project management for systems and process implementations.  Mike was involved in multiple new bank startups, has extensive experience in staff and management training and has been the HR manager for one of the organizations.

Mike has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and is a Graduate of the Anderson School of Banking at the University of New Mexico.  He served as an instructor for the Bank Administration Institute in Southeastern New Mexico.

Mike is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and has also completed his certification in Talent Optimization from Predictive Index.

Ms. Herrera is an experienced Human Resource Executive with 24 years in management, training and strategic planning.  Her management roles include Human Resource Administration Manager, Human Resources Administrator & Recruiter, Manager of Employee Benefits and Director of Employee Benefits and HR Services.  Kathy holds PHR and SHRM-CP certification and is a Certified Predictive Index Partner.
